My name is Glenn Angus.
My wife, Vicki, and I recently purchased our first new home. Our Real Estate Agent was Tammy Palladino, with Douglass Realty. Tammy was great at handling all aspects of this process, from our first home visit, through the loan process, and went “far beyond the call” in every way. She was always there to handle problems which inevitably come up in home purchase, from answering our numerous “stupid questions”, to obtaining information concerning the myriad of issues which would present themselves. She was extremely reassuring through the entire process. Even after Settlement, Tammy was able to obtain information about the house from the sellers which proved very useful. Under Tammy’s direction/guidance, this process became not only less stressful than it could have been, but smooth and nearly seamless. And our Settlement session was a breeze, conducted right there in her office. She kept in constant contact with us, the sellers, and the loan company. Tammy turned what could have been an excruciatingly painful ordeal into a logical step-by-step process leading to most satisfying home-buying experience. I cannot more strongly recommend a Real Estate agent than Tammy Palladino.
